The American Immigrant Wall of Honor® Panel Reproductions
The names of individuals and families are inscribed on the Wall of Honor for posterity as gifts of remembrance through donations made to restore and maintain Ellis Island.
The first names inscribed on the Wall of Honor were unveiled nearly two decades ago. Today, the Wall includes more than 700,000 names memorialized on stainless steel panels, each individual panel containing nearly 700 names.
The original Wall panels on display at The Statue Ellis Island Immigration Museum each measure 4-feet tall by 2-feet wide. For most panels, names appear alphabetically in six columns. Since the dates of inscription vary, you may find ancestors with the same surname on different Wall panels.
Paper reproductions of each Wall panel are available for purchase at the cost of $30.00 (USD) per panel. Each panel reproduction is printed on parchment paper, suitable for framing and measures 11" wide by 17" tall.
